David’s expertise is Corporate Management and Sales. One of the Directors at Jodani, he has a passion of maintaining, nurturing and growing a network of contacts for the business. David’s key role is to identify and develop business opportunities, analyse financial viability and key to identifying any new business streams for the Jodani platform.
David is passionate about establishing productive working relationships with relevant industry bodies and key industry associations to ensure the ongoing development of the Jodani brand.
Nick started over 30 years ago in the building trade as a licensed plumber. Now a Registered Builder Practitioner, Nick supervises our sites to ensure that construction runs smoothly according to plan and is completed on time. Nick also builds a close and ongoing relationship with our clients, as he is always there to address, solve or amend any technical issues that may arise during the build.
John started over 30 years ago in the building trade as a licensed carpenter. Now a Registered Builder Practitioner, John supervises all of our sites to ensure that all developments run according to plan and on time. John’s main role is to ensure that he maintains ongoing and close relationships with all of our building contractors and provides support and advise during the building process. He ensures that our contractors are timed managed and that the build runs on time without delays.
Peter brings with him 15+ years of Senior Management experience in various Corporate roles in which he has lead National Sales & Business Development teams. Peter has a long standing professional and personal relationship with David. Working alongside David, to enhance new and existing business developments, Peter’s key role will be to further develop our customer relation process from initial sign up right to the end of construction and will be able to further provide assistance in the leasing or selling requirements you may have for your development.
Chief Financial Officer
Peter is a CPA Accountant with over 25 years experience in various industries and has held many senior management roles throughout his career. Peter joined Jodani in 2012 during an exciting growth phase of the business to implement improved systems and processes which included industry specific software to enable the business to expand. Peter has a passion for construction and property development and working in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Effie’s background is in Office Administration, Operational and Banking Services. She is highly organised and detail orientated with excellent analytical skills to oversee day-to-day office operations. Her areas of expertise include extensive knowledge in Banking, Optometry and Aged Care. Effie assists the Jodani Team in all aspects of Administration and Accounting Services.
Having worked as a qualified carpenter for 10 years and responsible for managing sub-contractors and site supervision across residential and commercial projects was the perfect platform for Hayden to further advance his skills in Construction Project Management. The ability to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting tasks, with a strong ability to problem solve are the key elements that Hayden focuses when planning, coordinating and budgeting each specific development timeline from the beginning to the end.
Working closing with the Jodani team and clients is pivotal in being able to track, report and communicate on each projects progress ensuring that each key target dates are met and not exceeding budget.
Project Development Manager
Peter joined the company in May 2019 and is focussed on business development in SDA and new projects. He has extensive experience in legal and commerce education and managed ICT projects and infrastructure in a variety of independent schools for over 20 years. His versatility and wide skill set is further exemplified in his near 10 year term as a successful business owner. He brings excellent research and analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of market and business trends.
Office / Administrator Support
Evie keeps the office running like clock work. A valued support for the Jodani team, she also works closely with Peter offering assistance in the Accounts Department. Greeting our clients with her lovely smile, she helps our clients settle into their appointment in the Jodani meeting room.
For the last 18 years Jim was running and managing his own carpentry business specialising in general constructions and home renovations. Joining the Jodani team, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that spans over many years in the building industry.
Jim overseas both residential and commercial developments that occur within the South/ East Melbourne regions.
His high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sites and subcontractors ensures that our projects are delivered on time, on schedule and without compromising on quality and safety.
Eric joins the family business as a second-year apprentice carpenter. With a high level of motivation, commitment and reliability are all key characteristics Eric possesses for a successful succession plan. Working closely alongside John gaining practical job experience and extensive training, his passion for the trade, willingness to learn and attention to detail are successful attributes of delivering quality workmanship across on all of our future developments
